Liverpool City Centre – Full Time

Due to large scale growth Renewell Water are keen to hear from another enthusiastic sales advisor who is eager to join a high energy sales team. Following continued company success through 2020 the sales team has continued to increase in size. This role will be based in Liverpool City Centre in brand new offices on a full time basis.

We are a well-renowned water purification company established in 2002. Renewell Water are pioneers at the forefront of the water filtration and hydrogen revolution. We have grown from 1 customer to nearly 6000, increasing daily. Following 18 successful years in Ireland where the company was founded, we are continuing to grow the sales team and build our UK presence.

The role of the Sales Advisor will be very autonomous and give an experienced sales professional access to warm leads where they can earn commission from day one.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • B2C sales across the UK and Ireland
  • Nurturing leads that are provided through a funnel system
  • Management of your own customers
  • Ensuring a high-quality 5* service is provided at all times
  • Upselling products to new and existing customers
  • Being an expert of the industry and products
  • Tailoring services to individual customers needs
  • Daily CRM management
  • Handling of payments
  • Coordinating sales with the servicing team
  • Adhering to all company core values
  • Keeping up to date with any new products
  • Contributing towards the development of internal sales training

Desirable Characteristics:

  • B2C Sales experience
  • Telesales experience
  • Target driven and money motivated
  • Competitive and determined
  • Able to work towards targets
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Attention to detail

Key Competencies Required for the role:

  • Experience in selling (2 years)
  • A clear understanding of the sales process from end to end
  • Computer / CRM literate
  • Confident phone manner
  • Resilience
